Diamond Wire Machine

Main features of the machine.
1.The structural construction of the diamond wire frame saw is made in 2 uprights and connected together with 1 cross-piece, made in strong cast iron.

2.The machine operates through two big cast aluminium flywheels ; one of them powered and the second idled, and both are mounted on two flywheel holder trolleys sliding on the axle of the uprights, which make a vertical movement.

3.The electric motor is transmitting the movement to one of the flywheels, mounted on slides, arranged in horizontal position, which through a piston and a gearbox pump unit provides to give the required tension to the diamond wire frame saw.

4.A special and suitable instrument gives the possibility to check constantly the fast down feed of the machine.

5.The lowering feed unit made through an inverter, it is controlling either the cutting speed from 0 to 2000 mm/h, as well as the fast down and up movement of the machine.

6.The diamond wire frame saw is usually supplied with a fixed bench motorised trolley for sawing different thickness or, on request, with a motorised turntable trolley for squaring, dressing shapeless blocks directly in the quarries or in sawing plants. The table can rotating .
